Bruce Berman is a veteran IP communications expert, editor and innovation strategist. He is in close contact with the leading IP owners and influencers, and tracks the latest trends and developments, including data, strategy and performance.

Since founding Brody Berman Associates in 1988 Bruce has been working with IP holders, executives and investors, as well as more than 80 law firms and their clients. In 2016 he founded the Center for IP Understanding, an independent non-profit, which holds the annual IP Awareness Summit, www.understandingip.org. He has been on an IAM 300 Leading IP Strategist every year since its inception in 2011 and is a member of the Hall of Fame Academy.

Bruce is responsible for five books, including the widely read "From Ideas to Assets." He wrote The 'Intangible Investor' column for every issue of IAM Magazine from 2003-2020, which he now contributes to IP Watchdog.
