Bruce Berman is a long-time IP observer, editor and innovation strategist. He is in close contact with the leading IP owners and influencers, and tracks latest trends and developments, including data, strategy and performance.

Since founding Brody Berman Associates in 1988 Bruce has been working with IP holders, executives and investors, as well as more than 80 law firms and their clients. In 2016 he founded the Center for IP Understanding, an independent non-profit, www.understandingip.org. He has been on an IAM 300 Leading IP Strategist every year since 2011 and is a member of its Hall of Fame Academy.

Bruce is responsible for five books, including the best-seller "From Ideas to Assets." He wrote The 'Intangible Investor' column for every issue of IAM Magazine from 2003-2020, which he now contributes to IP Watchdog.
